A survey in the EU countries revealed that at least 80% of European leaders and more than 75% of the people view Islam as a religion of tolerance and justice. It also confirmed that Europeans consider Islam as the only religion that has not forcibly imposed its culture, stating that the 15 million Muslims living in Europe condemn terrorism. The Israeli newspaper Maariv published this news in tones of anxiety because Islam, given that European leaders as well as peoples do not regard it as jeopardizing their identity, will keep spreading in Europe.
