Almost two weeks ago Anthony Weiner, a member of the American Congress, submitted a

draft of an urgent project in which he requests that American military assistance to Egypt and

all forms of economic cooperation between the countries be halted unless the issue of Copts is

dealt with.

The American side is not aware of the social make-up of the Egyptian society,

and thus is disseminating inaccurate information and sometimes even fabricated information.
