The decision to form the National Council for Human Rights is a step forward on the road to achieving freedom and justice in Egypt. The whole of the Egyptian society divided into two parts, the first part is strongly enthusiastic about the decision and believes that it would solve all problems in a record time; however, the second part is pessimistic about the numerous and potent obstacles that would be put in the council’s way until those obstacles empty the council of its contents.
