Ahmad Shibl talks about the challenge brought forth by Camelia, mother of Mario and Andrew, against the ruling of the Court of First Instance which gave the custody of her two boys to their father. Camellia said that the ruling is unconstitutional, as it contradicts Article 20 of the Personal Status Law, and it is inconsistent to the fatwa of the Muftī, who indicated that religion is not a condition for custody.
