During a seminar organized by al-Tanwīr Association, National Democratic Party member, Jihād ^cOūdah, claimed that Egypt was becoming a Salafī state and not an extremist one, pointing out that the difference lies in the former is one of different groups aiming to defame each other, while the latter is groups attempting to destroy one another.
