It is definite that the scenario of an Islamic emirate sought after in Sinai is a model of what matters might develop to if the religious extremists camp grew further brutal.

It was really pleasing to listen to recent statements by Lt. General Sāmī 'Anān, Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Army and deputy head of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF), in which he warned that there were foreign forces that are trying to undermine Egypt and seek interference in its internal affairs and also those statements by Dr. 'Alī al-Silmī, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Development & Democratization 'Alī al-Silmī that Egypt will never be but a civil state.

It is really pathetic and frustrating that the Islamists believe they can hijack the revolution that was launched by the youths of Egypt to unseat the corrupt regime and build a civilian democracy.
