Sources from the Egyptian Council for Human Rights commission, assigned to prepare a report on Maspero incidents, said that the report will not deny killing protesters either through gunshot or crashing into armored vehicles which resulted in them being run over. However, the report will assure that the gunshots that led to clashes came from unknown individuals.

Sources added that it is hard to deny that some protesters were killed by being run over by armored vehicles, but we cannot assure that the soldiers driving those vehicles did it intentionally, they may have panicked and this happened as a result.
