Bishop Basantī made the remarks during a dialogue session organized by the National Council for Youth, attended by 4,000 young men and women under Khālid 'Abd al-'Azīz.

For his part, Dr. Hassan al-Shāf'ī, director of the technical office of the Grand Shaykh of the Azhar, said that the responsibility to build the future of this nation lies on the shoulders of Egypt's youths, which make one of the few categories in the society that do not seek any personal interests.
