Dr. Mīnā Badī' 'Abd al-Malāk, Professor of Engineer at Alexandria University, and one of the voters in the upcoming Coptic Orthodox papal elections, submitted a report to the Coptic Orthodox committee that register voters that has 25 violations in the voters tables.

'Abd al-Malāk said that the violations concerned guiding voters in favor of certain bishops, adding that some voters do not have high education.
