Nādir noted that Coptic Orthodox Bishop Raphael, general secretary of the Holy Synod, will lead the Christmas Mass in Alexandria. Among the high-ranking officials who are expected to extend their congratulations on the occasion is the governor of Alexandria Muhammad ’Atá 'Abbās and the State Security prosecutor, Counselor 'Abd al-Mawjūd, as well as leading members of security, executive, civil, and political parties from Alexandria.
