Security appartuses in Alexandria contained sectarian clashes which erupted at al-Jaysh Street in al-Daqahlia Governorate following a dispute between a Copt and Muslim resulting in the death of one Copt and wounding of several others. Clashes continued for more than three hours during which a range of weapons were used.
