Monday, July 15, morning, “Egypt’s Copts coalition” forwarded an urgent appeal letter to the Col. Gen. ‘Abd al-Fattāh al-Sīsī, Commander-in-Chief of the Egyptian Armed Forces, as well as Minister of Defense, asking for a quick intervention to stop the bloodshed in Sinai. Copts are constantly targeted by groups of extremists, which keep  terrorizing the citizens with their atrocious actions, like the recent killing of Coptic Orthodox Father Mīnā ’Ubayd Shārūbīm and the beheading of Majdī Lam’ī, as happens in Iraq and Syria.
