Interim President Adlī Mansūr has issued a decree to put the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) on the Egyptian List of Terrorist Organizations and to put on trial everyone before a military court, who is proven a member of the organization. Furthermore, assets and offices of the MB inside Egypt shall be confiscated. This decision becomes legally binding as soon as it is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic (Dālyā al-Hamsharī and Diyāʾal-Subaīrī, al-Dustūr, Aug. 18, p. 3).
