Counselor Tāmir Fārūq, the Attorney General for the South Minya Prosecution, has ordered a team from the prosecution in al-Minya to examine and assess the damages done to churches and Copts’ property in al-Minya. A group from the public prosecution started interrogating the defendants who were captured in the Diljā events.
