Bishop Bola stated that the Church set four conditions for them to continue in the Constituent Assembly: 1. Cancelling Article 219; 2. Cancelling Article 4, which makes the Azhar the reference in Islamic affairs, as it means that it is the reference in interpreting sharī’ah; 3. Creating an article that establishes the Supreme Council of Churches with a legal personality in the Constitution; and 4.
