Al-Sabāh stated that Amr Mūsá and the rapporteur of the Formulation Subcommittee, ‘Abd al-Jalīl Mustafá, went to the Shūrá Council to check the registry of the session discussions. Muhammad Wagdī, the head of the Shūrá Council information center, stated that there a committee was formed to produce and check the transcripts of the sessions’ recordings.
