The official governmental delegation to the United Nations, headed by the Minister of Transitional Justice, councilor Ibrāhīm al-Hindī, has a difficult task due to two parallel reports on Egypt’s human rights situation. On coming Wednesday, the 5^th of November 2014, Egypt will enter a diplomatic and legal battle in the International Council for Human Rights in order to defend its case on fundamental rights and liberties in front of 196 states at the United Nations.
