Doctor Andre al-Zakī, the President of the Fellowship of Middle Eastern Evangelical Churches and the Vice President of the Evangelical Coptic Church, expressed a number of opinions in an in-depth interview with al-Mogaz. Chief among them is his view on the general situation in Egypt: that after two revolutions Egypt has deteriorated in terms of its economy and security, but he is optimistic that the June 30 revolution promises true reform and development in the country. He believes that the June 30^th revolution is a continuation of the Arab Spring.
