Security apparatuses arrested ten people (Author’s note: al-Tahrīr reported on only nine arrests) accused of being involved in clashes erupted at the Cathedral, during the funeral of two victims who died in the al-Khusūs incidents. A security source told al-Watan that Maj. Gen. Muhammad Ibrāhīm, Minister of Interior, formed a research team to investigate the incidents. The team identified 10 suspects, after transcribing the video records of the incidents- including six Muslims from al-Waylī area and al-‘Abbāsīyyah and four Christians from Rawd al-Faraj, Imbābah, and Hadā’iq al-Qubbah, seven of the 10 of who are jailbirds.
