On November 12-13, the Faculty of Arabic Language at al-Azhar University will hold its sixth international scientific conference called “Contributions of the Handicapped in Building Human Civilization in the Past and Present.” This will be under the auspices of the Grand Imām of al-Azhar, Dr. Aḥmad al-Ṭayyib, President of al-Azhar University, Dr. Salāma Jumʿa Dāwōd, Vice President of al-Azhar University in Upper Egypt, Dr. Muḥammad ʿAbd el-Mālek, and Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research in al-Azhar University, Dr. Maḥmūd Ṣidīq.
