Thanks to a generous invitation from Priest Dr. Mitrī Al-Rāhib, the founder and president of Dār al-Kalima University in Bethlehem, Palestine, I attended an important international conference organized by the university in collaboration with the Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought in Amman, Jordan. The conference, titled Understanding Christian Zionism and its Impact on Christians in the Middle East, took place from January 23-25 under the patronage of Prince Ghāzī bin Muḥammad, the King of Jordan’s advisor for religious and cultural affairs and personal envoy, at the Baptism Site in Jordan.
