The activities of the monthly symposium of al-Azhar magazine, held by the Islamic Research Academy, have been launched under the title: “The Reality of the Palestinian Issue: Between Displacement and Liquidation.” The symposium will be under the leadership of the Grand Imām, Dr. Aḥmad el-Ṭayyīb, and under the supervision of Undersecretary of al-Azhar, Dr. Muḥammad al-Ḍūwaynī, and Secretary-General of the Islamic Research Academy and Editor-in-Chief of the magazine, Dr. Naẓīr ʿAyād. Also present will be President of al-Azhar University, Dr. Salāma Dāwūd, Vice President of the University, Dr. Muḥammad el-Shirbīnī, as well as deans of colleges, faculty members, and students.
