Pope Tawāḍrūs said that before Egypt was discovered, it was on the land in which churches were built in the 5^th, 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th centuries. He said that Egypt possessed authenticity, civilization, and the great expansion of churches throughout history, praising the Copts for the coming of the month of Kiahk, which witnesses its own rituals, prayers, and praises in celebration of the birth of Christ.
