After putting into action the idea of an Islamic telephone line, to answer the different questions of Muslims, will the Egyptian church think of doing the same thing? Some Copts whose shyness or high position prevents them from confessing their sins are enthusiastic about the idea. The question now is, will confession over the phones replace standing in the confessional booth? Will forgiveness of sins be over the phone? Al-Midan tried to answer these questions by finding out the opinions of some Copts and religious men concerning the idea.
