Many ideas have been presented to describe and analyze the incidents of Al-Kosheh. Some have characterized it wrongly as sectarian conflicts, and on the contrary, some have treated it as no problem at all, since priests are shaking hands with sheikhs. Some hurried to accuse the government, and some accused the police. Some have also pointed out to hidden hands, or a conspiracy behind these incidents. Even if there was a conspiracy, it does not explain all the dimensions of the problem. All that was written spoke of economic, cultural and social problems, leading us to talk of the cultural element, which means the popular culture in a place or another.
