The Brotherhood MPs are focusing on the ministers of education, health, culture, agriculture, and interior. Each of them specializes in attacking a ministry. The most active is Dr. Mohammed Gamal Hishmat, who filed 61 inquiries to the ministers of health, education, and higher education and questions to the Prime Minister. Despite their success as independents, the 17 MPs have announced they intend to form a separate entity and they appointed Dr. Mohammed Al-Mursi as their spokesperson. He filed 41 inquiries covering the real points of interest to the Brotherhood: the Emergency Status Law, the media, culture, and education. Through these subjects, the Brotherhood is trying to influence Egyptian minds.
