The court refused to hear a lawsuit field by the Brotherhood members studying at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, against the administration of the faculty because of its decision to pull down an old mosque in the faculty. The faculty administration said that it decided to pull down the mosque and other old buildings to erect in their place new buildings that can accommodate the increasing number of students.
