Some people think that the new conditions imposed on the building of mosques are a conspiracy. However, there is a pressing need to establish rules on the building of the mosques. According to the Qur’an and the sunna, a mosque could be used to spread temptation and insecurity among Muslims. That’s why it is required of Muslims to monitor activities inside the mosque. Monitoring the activities of the mosque is one of the duties of the ruler.
