Teach your people democracy!
In order to establish a sound democratic system and the creation of constitutional institutions, is it good enough to attempt to hold free, impartial, and honest elections, without political, cultural, or democratic awareness ingrained in the society? Are the polls really the best way to find the suitable competitive elements?
