The feminist movement and the publishing center of women’s rights are suffering from a structural crisis with regards to their structure, dynamism, and efficiency.


By conducting a field survey of the publishing movement in Egypt, we can see that there are a number of reasons behind the poor publishing activity of women’s rights and issues.


It is mainly due to the small number of writings in this area, the poor translation from foreign languages, the absence of scientific research regarding women, and the decreasing interest in women’s issues (following the outbreak of 1952 July Revolution).
