The article comments on Pope Shenouda of Alexandria and his stance on both the verdict of the Administrative Court and the personal status law for Christian denominations. 

The pope ordered the removal of the signs raised inside the church which supported his stand against the verdict of the Supreme Administrative Court. The ruling forced the church to give permission to allow second marriages to divorcees.

The pope also expressed his peace of mind with regard to the personal status law for Christian denominations.
