Al-Wafd newspaper interviews Imām Hanafī, the al-Wafd candidate for the al-‘Ajūzayn district. Hanafī is an Islamic preacher from the Azhar and has promised to make many significant changes, including setting up a national unity committee in the district to abolish fitnah tā’ifīyah. During the interview he heavily criticizes the ruling National Democratic Party and says that the al-Wafd Party would best represent the al-‘Ajūzayn district.
