Cornelis Hulsman, sociologist and the chief editor of the Arab-West Report is striving for honest and understandable reporting on affairs happening in the Arab and Western world. One-sided reporting in the Egyptian media about the developments in these areas are explained on the AWR website and placed in a broader perspective—all for the purpose of improving the relations between Muslims and Christians.  Kimberley van Eijkel spoke with Cornelis Hulsman about his love for Egypt, how he stays objective and, of course, the working method of Arab-West Report.
