Counselor Tharwat Hammād, the judge tasked by the justice ministry to investigate the clashes and violence outside the state radio & TV building in Maspero on October 9, set Tuesday (February 21) to start questioning political activist Michael Meunier who is facing charges of involvement in incitation for the incidents that left dozens killed or wounded.
