Security forces in al-Minya successfully arrested the prime defendant in burning and looting the Bishop Mūsá Church in the events that followed the dispersal of Rab’īah and Nahdah’s sit-ins on the 14^th of August. General Usāmah Mitwallī the head of the Security department in Minya has received a notification that there is information that the loots from Bishop Mūsá Church is located in a house of a worker living close to the church. Investigations have shown that there is an arrest warrant issued against the defendant for committing acts of violence, partaking in burning houses of worship and attempting to storm the Minya police station.
