Professor of philosophy in al-Azhar University, Dr. Aḥmad el-Sālem, stated that the report that was published by the Israeli Institute for Research and Studies of National Security (INSS) on its website contained fallacies. The report included a critique of the position adopted by al-Azhar regarding the Palestinian cause, and it was clear that the researchers had made methodological mistakes in preparing this report.
