Fa’iq Bolous, the former monk, who left monasticism after spending eleven years in one of Wadi Al-Natroun’s monasteries, continues his confession. He said that Father Matta Al-Maskeen is the reason for the suffering of the monks in Wadi Al-Natroun and that Pope Shenouda said that the monastery of Wadi Al-Natroun has a special wing in the psychiatric hospital of Helwan. His mother said to him that she wished she had heard that he was dead rather than leaving monastic life.
