This report is a review of a recently-published book by Tharwat al-Kharabāwī, a former member of the Muslim Brotherhood. The book is entitled, The Heart of the Brotherhood: Courts of Inquisition.

The book, as reviewed, consists of background material on the author and narration of internal organizational incidents within the Brotherhhod that ultimately led to al-Kharabāwī being put on "trial" [hence the book's title] at the premises of a company owned by a Brotherhood leader, after which he was removed from the group.
