Bishop Paul, Church representative in the Constitutent Assembly has critcized the last Constitutent Assembly, which prepared the 2012 Constitution.  He said, “Some members of that assembly have claimed that the Church had agreed upon the provisions. In fact it was just one person from all churches who agreed.” Bishop Paul continued, “The Committee abused our people.
