An argument broke out between Najīb Jabra’īl, the President of the Egyptian Union for Human Rights, and Husnī al-Ansārī, the President of the Egyptian Appeals Court over the topic of traditional marriage in Christianity on television. Ansārī claimed that traditional marriage is the correct way under the Church, saying that the only way Christians know is monogamy.
