Coptic Pope Shenouda lll has denied any dialogue initiative from Dr. Muhammad Badī’, the Muslim Brotherhood’s Murshid [Guide].  Dr. ‘Isām al-‘Iryān, spokesperson of the MB, believes that the dialogue initiative  still exists, asserting that there might have been a misunderstanding in the telephone call with the Pope.
